Confirm case-data coverage
OSHA says some establishments with 100 or more employees in Appendix B industries must submit 300 and 301 information.
Submit matching 300A first
Make sure the corresponding 300A establishment data is submitted and accepted before case-data processing.
Check case fields carefully
Validate case number, job title, incident dates, outcomes, days away/restricted, incident type, treatment fields, and narrative fields.
