ITA Ready Privacy Policy

ITA Ready is operated by Reliable Channel LLC. The service helps employers, safety teams, and consultants validate OSHA ITA CSV/XLSX files, fix filing issues, save a workspace, and export corrected files.

• Account information: email address, name if provided, sign-in session records, and collaborator invite status.
• Uploaded filing data: filenames, form type, filing year, establishment data, OSHA 300A fields, and OSHA 300/301 fields needed to validate, edit, save, and export your filing.
• Payment records: Stripe checkout session IDs, price IDs, payment amount, entitlement status, and receipt/welcome-email delivery state. We do not store full card numbers.
• Email delivery data: the address and content needed to send magic links, verification emails, receipts, and teammate invites.
• Security and diagnostic data: IP address, user agent, request metadata, logs, and antivirus scan results used to operate and secure the service.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics does not affect the validator or workspace.
• Consent records: your cookie choices, policy versions, and hashed request metadata so we can show what choice was made without storing raw IP addresses in the consent log.

OSHA 300/301 files can include sensitive workplace injury and illness details. We use uploaded filing data only to provide the service: parsing, validating, auto-fixing safe formatting issues, editing, saving, exporting, and supporting your account.

We do not sell uploaded filing data. We do not use it for ad targeting. We do not use it to train AI models.

Free preview links are designed to show a reduced locked preview. The public preview does not expose row values, filenames, establishment names, or detailed explanations, but anyone with the preview URL can see the reduced validation summary. Keep preview links private.

• Validate OSHA ITA files and generate issue summaries.
• Save paid workspaces and generate corrected exports.
• Process payments, entitlements, receipts, and billing support.
• Send sign-in links, account emails, receipts, and teammate invites.
• Protect the service from malware, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Improve the product using aggregate usage patterns when analytics is accepted.
• Comply with tax, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

We use service providers only for operational purposes:

• Stripe for checkout, payment processing, receipts, and billing portal.
• AWS SES for transactional email delivery.
• Backblaze B2/S3-compatible storage for temporary raw-file quarantine.
• PostgreSQL database hosting for accounts, workspaces, rows, and billing state.
• Google Analytics for website and product usage analytics, only after consent.
• Hosting, DNS, CDN, logging, and security infrastructure used to run the site.

• Raw uploaded files are temporary. When storage is configured, files are quarantined for parsing and then deleted after the parsed workspace is created.
• Free locked-preview filings that are not purchased are deleted after 30 days.
• Legacy pending-payment filings are deleted after 7 days if payment is not completed.
• Pending teammate invites that are not accepted are deleted after 30 days.
• Paid workspace data is kept while your account or filing remains active. You can delete individual filings from the account page.
• Payment and transaction records are kept as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

• You can reject analytics cookies and still use the validator and paid workspace.
• You can delete saved filings from your account page.
• You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing [email protected].

We use TLS, access controls, antivirus scanning, scoped service credentials, and raw-file minimization. No system is perfectly secure, but the service is designed to avoid keeping raw files longer than necessary.

ITA Ready is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. If a change materially affects how we handle customer data, we will provide reasonable notice.
