ITA Ready Terms of Service

ITA Ready is operated by Reliable Channel LLC. By using the service or completing checkout, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ITA Ready helps prepare OSHA ITA filing data. It can parse CSV/XLSX files, validate fields, explain likely filing issues, auto-fix safe formatting problems, provide an editable workspace, and export corrected CSV files.

ITA Ready does not submit filings to OSHA for you. You are responsible for reviewing your data, deciding what to file, and submitting through the appropriate OSHA process.

• Use the service only for files you are authorized to process.
• Review all validation results, edits, and exported files before filing.
• Keep preview and workspace links private.
• Use accurate account, billing, and contact information.
• Comply with OSHA rules, workplace privacy obligations, and applicable law.

OSHA 300/301 files can contain sensitive injury, illness, and employee-related information. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the data you provide to ITA Ready.

The service uses email magic links for sign-in. You are responsible for controlling access to your email account and for activity under your ITA Ready account.

You may invite teammates to a filing workspace. Only invite people who are authorized to view or edit that filing.

• The free preview lets you upload a file and see validation results in a reduced locked-preview view.
• Paid access unlocks saved workspace features, editing, revalidation, and corrected CSV export for the applicable plan.
• Single Company access is intended for one company/EIN for the applicable filing season.
• Consultant access is intended for users who prepare filings for multiple client companies.
• Stripe processes payments. Stripe may provide its own checkout, billing, tax, and receipt terms.

If we charge you incorrectly or a technical issue on our side prevents paid access from working, contact us at [email protected]. We will review the issue and either fix access or issue an appropriate refund.

We generally do not refund completed filing-prep work after a workspace is unlocked and export access is delivered, unless required by law or caused by our error.

• Do not upload malware or files designed to attack the service.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's filing or account.
• Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

You keep ownership of the files and filing data you upload. You give us a limited permission to host, parse, validate, edit, display, export, and otherwise process that data only to operate ITA Ready for you.

ITA Ready is software. It is not a law firm, EHS consultant, OSHA representative, or legal service. Validation results are operational guidance for filing prep. They are not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that OSHA will accept a submission.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reliable Channel LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
